Hi Pete — Pierre from RemotePeople here, so fair warning: I&#39;m biased. A few things worth weighing more than any &quot;top 5&quot; list: country coverage (owned entities vs. subcontracted partners in the countries you&#39;re hiring), pricing transparency (flat per-employee fees vs. FX markups and deposits), compliance ownership (who&#39;s liable if a misclassification issue comes up), and support speed (what happens when payroll goes wrong on the 28th). We&#39;re rated Leader in EOR on G2 with the category&#39;s highest NPS, but the reviews here are the best gut-check. Happy to answer specifics if useful.
