# Best accounting management app to sync with bank accounts

I’m currently exploring options for the best accounting management app to sync with bank accounts, mainly to cut down on manual entries and keep everything updated automatically.

Here are a few tools I’ve come across so far:
QuickBooks: widely used for its smooth bank integrations and automatic categorization of transactions. 
NetSuite: a more comprehensive solution that offers deep financial visibility and strong automation for larger businesses.
Sage Intacct: known for handling more complex accounting needs, especially for companies managing multiple entities.

I had a rough time with QuickBooks bank syncing for some clients because it couldn’t activate their Capitec business bank accounts. We ended up downloading CSV statements, then editing them, which turned into a mess and defeated the point of automation. Support was genuinely fantastic, but there wasn’t a fix for that issue on my side, so I switched to Xero.
