# Be Careful with Bridge

My company was using Bridge and they accidentally deleted all of our training data and curriculum. They essentially accidentally deleted our entire account. They had no backups to roll back to or any snapshots of any of our data. When this was discovered the only recourse was to give us a discount on the plan renewal as if we were going to remain a customer. I even spoke to one of the VP's who told me that he doesn't understand how we were negatively affected by the deletion. If you are still using this LMS, make sure you keep a backup of all your data and anything that you want to keep. If they aren't keeping backups then things could become very difficult if there is ever a problem.
