I have it integrated with my SSO. It automatically provisions and deactivates users through our SSO.

Yes, 1Password command-line can be used to implement on-board and off-boarding of team members. It can be used to create add users, grant access to vaults, suspend and delete existing users.

In addition to that, 1Password Business can be integrated with Azure Active Directory and Okta for automatic user provisioning.
