Automatic encryption requires no action by the email sender. To send an encrypted email, senders simply create a message and hit ‘send.’ Our sophisticated content filters automatically scan outbound emails for sensitive information based on customer policies. Based on individual company security policies and behavior management requirements, encryption can also be triggered by the sender using a pre-defined keyword, such as “secure” or “encryption” or via Outlook plug-in
