Does Shop-Ware Send Automated Alerts or Updates to Customers?

No, shops always control when a customer receives an update from Shop-Ware by using the “Share” button. Why? Because when shops control information, they can review for accuracy and completeness. The only automated emails are the estimate copy and invoice copy emails when a customer's email is present.  Even when a customer's email is present, you have the option to opt them out of these communications.
