# Are you more geared towards recruitment or staffing? What about HR?

PCRecruiter serves both perm and contract placement firms (and many who do both). The system is also used by a number of HR operations, including some household names, but the direct-hire firms are a generally smaller percentage of our customer base.

We use them for both recruiting and staffing.  The database set up is different, as would be expected, but I love that we can use the same app for both of our services.
