# Are we using the Automation in  right manner and do we became too obsessed with it?

Too much usage of automation results in lack of innovation . Youth are too much in automation, they are giving too much time for some apps and using them   for unauthorized  works. Many People became too obsessed with the usage of  automation.

In reality, we are not using enough automation. Majority of the processes even in large scale organisations are waiting for automation. The critical cause for this is that a vast portion of their processes are still un-standardized. This is resulting in over utilization of human resources. 

Even the small scale industries are not benefitting enough from automation because of limited access to automation technologies resulting in overhead expenses. 

In overall scenario, due to lack of automation, most of the jobholders are being employed for the work which is not challenging for their creativity and potential.

We always think that The Test Automation is a magical formula But when we actually start the automation we need to define the right-time
If this exercise is not done well, then it can be very expensive. ... But with automated testing, you can design the scripts in such manner as per our needs.
