# Are they user friendly?

Google Sheets has allowed me to be more efficient with my grading. As a classroom teacher, grading can take up a lot of time and become overwhelming. Google Sheets has solved this problem for me and allowed me to create a system that is tailored made to meet my exact needs. Our budgeting has also improved significantly. In the past, everything was kept track on paper with lots of missed items and deadlines. With using Google Sheets and the "shared" option, we no longer have these problems.

If you are familiar with using Excel, it won't be a problem for you. However, the formulas are different but similar to those used in Google Sheets.

I think they are. If you know how to use Excel or just Word from Microsoft, then you can use Google docs. To share Excel/Word, the person you are sharing with has to have Microsoft Office. With Google docs, you can share with anyone.
