you can ask to your vendor for full version for a limeted time trail, it is the best way to find out if genesys is the solution you are loking for. you can also have a lab to run test of new configuration (that is highly recomended)

Hi, do you mean a Demo/lab of the Genesys env ? 
Normally you should drive 3 versions of the Genesys env within your organization for development and testing purposes. 

Genesys has a fully loaded image of whole genesys env either in a hard drive or on the cloud for developers as well who want to develop softwares for the company as third party vendors
