# Are there case studies I could read?

I'm interested in best practices.  This is the first time we've set up a formal, organized training and onboarding program for our company and I'd like to know how other companies do it.  We're finding there's a lot to think about when we are putting training modules together.  Is there any way we can make the planning and organizing part of setting up a training program easier/faster/better?
