# Are there any other colleges or universities using HubSpot for engagement tracking?

At our institution we are using HubSpot to track engagement with clients that we serve in our center. I'm curious how other institutions are using the CRM or Sales tool.

The Lists tool is perfect for better segmentation of the installed base. We use it to further personalize and context to our Marketing emails.

We use HubSpot for Round.Glass. We love it that it has everything in one place. Marketing, sales and support. In our sister company, we need four different tools to do what HubSpot does. 
HubSpot does the work of Salesforce as CRM, Marketo for marketing, Freshdesk for support and Outreach for Sales outreach. 
HubSpot is fraction of the cost (less than 20%) of four tools above. 
Highly recommended HubSpot.
