# Are there any differences between the Windows and Mac versions of Exselo Desktop?

We have a mixed environment with both Windows and Mac computers at our company. Is Exselo Desktop the same on both platforms?

There are 2 differences on the Apple Mac OS X platform versus the Microsoft Windows platform.
1. Mac OS X does not have support for local indexing of Microsoft Outlook information.
2. There are some differences in how the mouse pointers look on Apple Mac OS X.
