# Archibus

We like Archibus for its flexibility, especially being able to add our own data columns, and it has been useful for task management and storing information in a strong database. Strong vendor support, highly technical. The main challenge is that the interface feels dated and could use a refresh. For others using Archibus, how have you balanced customization with usability.
