Yes. AppSheet apps are built by connecting your data with the AppSheet platform and modifying the UI/UX through the App Editor. Most apps are built, tested, and deployed within one week.  If you are in need of advanced functionality such as conditional workflow rules, these can be integrated using AppSheet Expressions which are simple formulas modeled after Excel.
