# Anyone integrated PureCloud with custom CRM?

Just need to know as I'm planning to do so.

We have integrated it with our home grown CRM (called Bond) and integrated it with Zendesk and Salesforce. We do automatic CRM screen pops (of the customers profile) and also create a case/ticket. We also auto-disposition the case after using speech analytics to identify the customers intent.

Yes, we have a home grown LAMP stack application that we have tightly integrated with Genesys Cloud. 

The secret is in getting your devs comfortable with the APIs from Genesys. Once they are comfortable almost anything is possible.  

What exactly are you looking to integrate?
Another option is to leverage the Embeddable framework to keep everything in one screen.

I have performed integration with Zendesk CRM. If you are using a custom CRM, I think all it needs is to be able to generate token credentials in order to be configured and paired within Purecloud.

But you can use the chrome plugin and use cti by pushing url from this plugin.
don't know if it help.
