# Anyone had success integrating Clarizen w/ HR software to track workable hrs (eg PTO, start date)?

One major issue we've experienced w/ Clarizen is being able to report on team utilization inside the platform itself. However, Clarizen doesn't appear to have any native support for things like workable hours (e.g. 184 in October 2019), PTO (on a user level basis), holidays, and employment dates (e.g. employee 1 has only been employed for 40 of 184 workable hours). It would be great to have this functionality within the tool but it just has escaped us so far.

Hi Phil,

I think everything you need is in the Resource and Capacity planning module. Clarizen gave a webinar on the upgraded features a couple of months ago - here's the link to the recording -
