# Anyone else using CisionOne for media monitoring and press release distribution?

CisionOne has helped our team keep all media relations work and news clipping activity in one place, and the media monitoring feels comprehensive. We also like being able to distribute press releases quickly. One issue we run into is that contacts added to a list sometimes disappear later. Have you seen contacts drop off lists, and how do you handle it?

I like that I can send press releases from within the system, but I’ve had a rough time with the contact data being out of date. On top of that, the platform feels inflexible and the overall functionality is worse than its predecessor. Customer service has been virtually non-existent for us, so it hasn’t felt like good value for money.
