# Anyone else seeing slow editing in Camtasia with 4K videos longer than 10 to 15 minutes?

I like how easy Camtasia is to use for creating how-to lessons, especially with the highlighted mouse pointer. But editing longer 4K video files feels very slow once they go past about 10 to 15 minutes, and the price also feels expensive. I also wish it had AI features and MCP server support with Claude Desktop. How are you handling longer 4K projects in Camtasia, and have you found any ways to speed up editing?
