# Any way to edit large quantities of items at the same time?

Is it possible to edit large quantities of data at the same time? or do we just need to go in one by one. For example, to change the sourcing.

Hello Samuel, 

Thank you for reaching out to us. To edit large quantities of data, the import process can be used to make modifications to the working revision of an item. Once the changes have been made, the items can then be placed in a change order to be made effective.
