<p>It's going to be packed!! We have a trip to Colorado planned in June followed by a short conference in Las Vegas for conversion optimization. Beyond that, it's filled with marching band practice, fundraising car washes and college tours for my oldest. </p>

<p>The countdown is on to our annual backpacking trek! Just under a month before my partner, our dog and I do a 53km hike at <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cape_Chignecto_Provincial_Park" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Cape Chignecto Provincial Park</a>.</p><p>This year, we are staying in the huts rather than tenting, and extending it to over 4 days rather than 3. This will lighten our packs a little bit and give us more time to enjoy the beaches and the views of/from the highest cliffs in the province.</p><p>It's the hardest hike in Nova Scotia and the tagline is "It's No Walk in the Park." 🤣</p><p>Not only do I get to be outside for days, it feeds my gear/techy side because each year I upgrade my equipment and clothing and get to geek out haha.</p>
