# any back up?

What will happen after we encoded our databases and the system lost our contacts, or accidentally deleted the contact, is there any possible way to retrieve it?

I would back it up manually on a weekly basis and save someplace where it is secure. You can always restore your data if there is a fail for some reason which is unlikely, but to make sure your operations are not compromised.

You can proactively export the various aspects of your HS database, like your companies and contacts. This is done manually, so it does require some work. If you did this on a regular basis, you'd have something to go back to or a reference to use to recreate at least. I don't know if HS automatically saves back-ups of previous versions of your Db, but I would guess not.
