# Measuring results are important to our company. How can we see the ROI of our employee advocacy program?

It is very difficult to measure the ROI, you would have to keep track of the employee engagement and compare the engagement, posting, and sharing from month to month.

EveryoneSocial also includes detailed reports that include users, reach, shares, engagements, clicks, branded traffic, and any internal email data sent from the advocacy platform. 

Also updating this response as our product now includes more of an ROI dashboard to show Earned Media Value and more internal analytics as well!
