# What types of alerts does COMPASS manage?

COMPASS will issue a range of alerts to users:  when their idea gets attention from others, when management provides feedback on ideas, and when projects are approaching milestones, running behind or missing data.  Additionally, management will receive an alert whenever new ideas are entered into the system.
