AI can be successfully applied to any type of data. In addition to typical business fare such as sales figures, item inventories and logistics information, it can also work with unstructured data like emails and social media interactions. For businesses, though, the key is to understand how AI might help you achieve some aspect of your business goals or strategy and to identify what data you would need to do that.
