# The LinkedIn site is unclear. What are the additional features when upgrading to premium?

I'd say the top 5 features you get when upgrading to Premium are:
- Premium badge: this will help you stand out from the crowd, as your profile will then be prioritised in search results
- Search results: you get more search results as you can filter your search and access additional profiles that you wouldn't be able to get to with a free account
- OpenLink: when you upgrade to Premium you automatically become part of LinkedIn's OpenLink network, which means anyone (regardless of what account they have) can send you messages for free - whether you're connected to them or not.
- InMail: with this you contact any LinkedIn member without an introduction from an intermediary connection. (If the recipient doesn't respond within 7 days, your InMail credit will be refunded to you).
- Profile Views: you can now see the full list of whoever's viewed your profile, as well as some statistics of how often your profile has been viewed over time. However, note that people can view your profile anonymously, so they'll be shown as that in your 'view list'.

You get to see the full list of people that have viewed your profile.  You also get more InMails to contact people not in your organization.
