# Adoption recommendations?

How do you get people to stop using email and use the platform instead?

Once you show users the power of using Clarizen, such as real-time colalboration, ability to search posts, ability to reference other work and even create work users typically start adopting the solution. This happens naturally, either directly in Clarizen, or from users leveraging Interact. Interact allows users stay in email, but their communications are linked to Clarizen. So, conversations are stored in Clarizen even though the user is working in their Outlook/Gmail tools.
