# ActiveCampaign templates save time, but how do you keep context with the AI bot?

I like how ActiveCampaign emails look and how templates shorten creation time, especially for weekly newsletters I can duplicate and resend to the same list. One challenge is that when I’m working with the AI bot and need to look something up, I can’t get back to the same bot that already knows what’s going on, so I lose the thread (might be user error). How are others handling this, and is there a workflow to keep the bot context while building emails?
