# I work at a B2B SaaS company where we want to understand behavior at the account-level, not just for individual users. Most analytics tools I&#39;ve looked at don&#39;t solve this. Can we do this in Amplitude?

Yes - Amplitude Accounts addresses the use case for B2B companies who need to understand both user and account-level behavior. You can do any analysis on the account level that you would at the user level (ex. funnel, retention, etc.) 

You can also integrate with 3rd party software like Salesforce and Zendesk  to enrich product usage data with real-world events. You can learn more at https://amplitude.com/accounts.
