A datapoint is the measurement of a metric. If a metric is &quot;server1.cpu.usage&quot;, the datapoint would be the usage number for that CPU. Unlike other monitoring systems, Instrumental does not force you to aggregate your datapoints before sending them to us and Production Plan includes up to a billion datapoints per day.
