Visitors come to PayScale’s site looking to understand their price in the market. Because of this, they have an intrinsic motivation to not only complete our online salary survey but also to give us honest answers. PayScale’s employee submitted data has been used in statistical reporting with several organizations including Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, and Fortune. PayScale brings in 11M visitors and 350K completed surveys every month through the Internet.
