During your free trial, you are able to cancel at any time and not be charged. If you are charged and you realize you don't want to continue with your subscription, you can connect with our team for a refund during our grace period. 

After the grace period, you can cancel any time and your account will remain active until the end of your current subscription, at which time the account will be cancelled, and you will no longer be billed.
