"LogicModule" is LogicMonitor's term for a module that can collect data from the monitored systems. LogicModules come in various flavors: DataSources collect time-series (numeric) data. ConfigSources collect multi-line text data (e.g. Cisco running-configs). EventSources collect asynchonous event data (e.g. SNMP traps). All of these are "LogicModules".

LogicMonitor comes with thousands of LogicModules out-of -the-box, and you can modify, clone, remove and create them as much as you wish.
