Okay first let me introduce you to Citrix, it is a remote desktop application, Now that is a remote desktop you may ask, remote desktop is is an application used by IT professionals to connect and stream the audio and video displayed on the screen on a remote computer to the IT professional's device also allowing him to troubleshoot and fix your computer, These type of application are called DaaS, Desktop-as-a-service, popular example of these types of application incles Anydesk, and TeamViewer. Now making a robot that integrates with the Citrix DaaS application and automating repetitive processes are called Citrix automation.
