# What is the best option for reporting to cell phones without paying for some of the SMS services needed for this? What is the best option to make sure we don't get alot of alerts that are basically white noise.

On SolarWinds, we had the alerts sent to an email address. That address belonged to a distribution group in O365. The members of this group were contacts with the people we wanted to send alerts to. We want to accomplish something similar to this in the WhatsUpGold product.

We are looking for a suggested setup to prevent alert fatigue and the alerts just becoming a lot of white noise.
