# how to use the background for android and iphone

When I use the zoom on Android, sometimes it is difficult to change the background. Please improve it again so that it makes it easier for us to express ourselves in the zoom application

Before enabling this feature, you need to exit Zoom Desktop Client first.  After that, you can go back to Zoom so that the Virtual Background can be applied.

 Log into the Zoom web portal as an administrator, with permission to edit account settings.

 In the navigation menu, click 'Account Management> Account Settings.'

 Then on the tab "Meeting," select the option "Virtual Background."

 Next, verify if the setting has been activated.
