# How do you ensure proper download of docs into Word files?  My fonts and formats always change upon download

In my experience, you cannot. Google Docs and MS Word speak different languages. The best you can do is create a template that converts the fonts/formats into your preferred fonts/formatting. It isn't perfect, but it can save you valuable time in the cleanup process. Obviously, creating the template requires having a certain level of expertise in MS Word.
