# What is the best way to grind Salad Balance?

Please help me.

Just leave Salad running anytime you're AFK - whether that's while you sleep, during work/school, or when you're spending time with friends. The app is meant to be a "set and forget" money maker. Running it here and there for 20 minutes will just pile up pennies, but allowing Salad to chop for 8+ hours a day will start to stack up Salad Balance in no time.
