# Be honest, if your software really compactable with all laptops?

I'm only asking because sometimes the video quality freezes and lags when we use it on certain laptops and I suspect that it is not the internet speed that is to blame but perhaps compatibility with the computer. Just my observation though.

There are 2 things that could be causing this. 
1. System settings/permissions. 
2. Internet connection. (Join.me lags a-lot if either party has a bad/slow/unstable internet connection.
