We aren't sure you you mean by editing your app, but you can create a Gotalk room by going to gotalk.to, typing in a name for your room and then clicking create.

If you want to edit the settings of your room then you'll need to have control of the room. To do this, create a free account and log in. In your room, click the Take Control button in the top right. You'll then be able to click the cog icon to edit settings and permissions for your room.
