# How to collect presize data from MoE?

Regarding my current problem with data MoE, the completeness of the data. Why the data stored (total install and all the details) there is a different or decrease the completeness ? what happened?

like example, in January 2021. Google playstore recorded 100,000 downloads in android. But based on our data MoEngage, there's only 80,000 downloads in android. what happened within the drops.

The drops could drive us to the miss-understanding for the analytics decission. Because we possibly don't know what data are missing.

Hi Elroi, nice to meet you. I'm Tala from the MoEngage Customer Success team, let me help you with this.

In general, data such as Install comes to the MoEngage system once the SDK is initialized. Meanwhile, in the Google Playstore you get this data directly without waiting for any SDK initialization happening.

Another factor can be on how you are measuring the data and comparing it e.g. is it based on unique user or number of times an Install has happened.

Hope this helps! We will be reaching out to you directly as well to make sure we understand the context here and clarify your question!
