# Is it possible for you to develop an asset management add-on?

I think it would be incredibly beneficial to have an asset register within JumpCloud that allows for the management of hardware assets separate from their current JumpCloud agent status in the 'Devices' list. It would be helpful to house the asset number, cost of an asset, purchase date, purchase price, and warranty expiration separate from its current existence as an agent-controlled device. This addition would make JumpCloud an even more beneficial tool for tracking the entire device lifecycle of a hardware asset.

I agree that would definitely be a valuable feature or add-on.  I can forward that to our product team.  If you also wouldn't mind submitted a feature request through the admin portal that would be very helpful!
