I'm sorry to read that you are not easily able to follow up on your Share activity. Might I suggest having a look at our Help Center: https://help.showpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/212553065 where you will find detailed information depending on your preferred Showpad environment?

We also strongly encourage you to reach out to your Showpad Administrator for further guidance or questions. They will be able to assist you or give us more details for potential improvements.
