# Email and Billing

I am looking for a system that will record my emails directly into a bill.  Does this system do that with Outlook?

Hi Mike, thank you for reaching out. Zola Suite's email functionality (both via web interface in Zola and Outlook plugin) allows users to create time entries for both inbound and outbound emails.  Those time entries will then be generated into invoices at the point of billing.
