# We're plateau-ing with content contribution. Need ideas.

After our soft launch, users have adopted the concept and are excited about Guru. However, content contribution has dropped off. Any suggestions or ideas how to re-engage high content contribution?

Hi Wendy! Thank you for posting this question. I second Eli's answer - creating processes to turn FAQs from Slack or teams into knowledge in Guru has helped folks build out their collections. I've also seen teams host "Content Parties" Where collection owners get together to map out content and create cards.

We've also created Card templates that DRIs could grab for their collections here: https://www.getguru.com/templates

I recommend throwing this channel into the Guru Slack Community tips-and-tricks channel, other folks may have some recommendations for you: https://go.getguru.com/community-join

Let us know how it goes!

We encourage our reps to use the "ask an expert" feature and anytime a question is answered, we save the Q&A as a card under a collection board names "FAQs" - anytime the questions is asked again, the answer can be found within guru! Over time, our content grows so most questions are answered with guru.
