# How do convert shared folders to group folders?

We have many shared folders, but are unable to manage passwords of folders shared with us. Our solution is to convert shared folders to group folders so we may manage passwords easier as admins.

Hello Kevin,

If you are a RoboForm for Business company admin and you created the shared folders you would like to convert to RoboForm company groups, you should just right click on those shared folders and click on "Convert to Group" command. If you are not a company admin or those shared folders were not create by you, please create a support ticket in our support system so we can go over your specific scenario. I hope this helps.
Thank you
