I need functionality to upload email lists and broadcast to them . But my gold annual plan doesn't have that. how to get that?

You should be able to import subscribers and send them broadcast emails on the Gold plan. When the Gold plan was introduced, Mailmunch did not offer Email Marketing hence it is not entirely visible on the pricing page. Once you upgrade to Mailmunch's Gold plan, you should, however, be able to send Emails from your account.
