# Is there a way to attach pdf files and other downloads directly into the unit that I am developing instead of it just being available in the files area?

For example: If I am teaching about eating healthy in a particular unit, I would like to attach a downloadable pdf copy of the Dash Diet plan directly on the page with the content I am creating.

Hi Derrick

Yes, you do this by using the "Presentation | Document" unit type. This will then present the PDF to the learner. You may wish to have it shared also via the Files option. What works great with this unit type is then having a reinforcement question as part of this unit (i.e. set the "How to complete it" option to "With a question" and then create a question). This can include a key point from the document so let them know they should be reading through it, not just clicking through!
