# Have you experienced connection issues in some countries?

We do experience connection issues in some countries/regions, and the local teams tend to switch to whatsapp. I'd like to avoid this. Did you experience the same, how do you deal with motivating your users to keep using the solution when this happens?

We do experience connection issues at some sites and locations, and the project teams tend to switch to MS Teams & Cisco Webex. I'd like to avoid this. 
I generally explain key differentiates like Merged reality, Telestratition, remote zoom and freeze features.
