# Why can't a deadline easily be changed

We would like to change the accelo deadline dates to easily reflect is a certain project has run overdue but it is not the fault of our engineering department team. We need to be easily able to change this without going into the project deadline/edit plan section. A user should not be limited and should be able to easily change these dates. There might already be such a feature but I am not sure so would be great to get some feedback on this.
